HundredFold is a multi-tenant business-intelligence and action platform for direct-to-consumer ecommerce brands. We deliberately keep our use of cookies minimal: we use only the cookies that are strictly necessary to sign you in and keep your session secure. We do not use advertising, marketing, or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember preferences.
- First-party cookies are set by the site you are visiting (here, HundredFold).

HundredFold's Services use a small number of strictly necessary cookies. These cookies are required for the application to function — primarily to authenticate you and to keep your session secure. The application uses passwordless authentication (a magic link sent to your work email, or Google sign-in) provided through Supabase Auth, and the authentication cookie is what keeps you signed in after you log in.

We do not set cookies for any of the following:
- Advertising or retargeting
- Cross-site or cross-device tracking
- Building marketing or behavioral profiles

3. Why these cookies are strictly necessary
The authentication and session/CSRF cookies are essential because:
- They let us recognize you as a signed-in, authorized user and keep you signed in across pages.
- They protect your session from common web attacks (such as cross-site request forgery).
- Without them, the application cannot verify who you are, and you would not be able to sign in or use the Services.
Because these cookies are required to deliver a service you have explicitly requested (signing in and using the app), they fall within the "strictly necessary" category and do not require prior consent under applicable cookie and ePrivacy rules. They are not used for any purpose beyond authentication and security.
